David is a Chartered Chemical Engineer whose career has encompassed a broad range of experience and leadership in all aspects of chemical plant design, project engineering, commissioning/troubleshooting, plant management, operations management and business management.

Malcolm Tooley BSc - (General Manager)
Malcolm joins us from his previous role as General Manager of CPL Environmental Engineering.
Malcolm is a skilled Chemical Engineer with great expertise in a wide range of technologies and very broad experience in the design, management and execution of engineering projects both at home and overseas. In addition to his broad spectrum of expertiance in many inductry sectors he has managed an environmental engineering business for many year and his experiance gained add significant strength to the technical and project management capabilities of GRS.
Dave Lowe - Field Technician
Dave has 5 years work experience in the installations and commissioning of water and vapour treatment plants. Background work experience includes 20 years building and maintenance positions. Over the last 3 years Dave's experience has also included the full time operation and maintenance of water treatment systems in the UK and Ireland.
Dave is a specialist in the commissioning of Sand and Carbon filters with extensive hands on experience and knowledge of installation and carbon replenishment techniques.
Julie Ashcroft - Accounts Administration Officer
Julie, who has been associated with the Company for over 5 years, co-ordinates its administration and offers a cheerful and friendly interface with our valued customers and suppliers.
