Smart Skimmers are capable of recovering free product ranging from lubricating oil to diesels and petrol at temperatures up to 70 °C and 400 mBar vacuum conditions. The skimmers remove the product down to a sheen, can be operated on bottled gas, are intrinsically safe, and can be installed in less than one hour. The skimmers require no above ground controls to operate, require a 4-inch or larger well diameter and have up to 1.5 metres of float travel. The skimmers utilise a dual-entry hydrophobic filter, pumps more than 2 l/min, and consumes less than 14 l/min of air.

ADJ 1010 4" Skimmer
This High Performance pump has been designed with a stainless steel skimmer housing & aluminium float assembly with adjustable ballast. This enables the pump to operate at high temperatures and with products with various viscosities & specific gravities. Specifications are as per the ADJ 1000 but with a maximum temperature of 70 °C

DNAPL Pumps
The 4" ADJ 1100 and the 2" ADJ 201 DNAPL Pumps produce a high vacuum at the inlet of the pump to recover high-viscosity DNAPLs such as coal tar. The pumps are resistant to solvents, may operate on bottled gas, are intrinsically safe and can be installed in less than 1 hr.
Site Controllers
We offer 4 Xitech controllers. The 2500 ES is a single pump timer offering variable run and rest periods. The 5000 ES is a programmable 8 station timer and the 5500 ES is a 19 Station timer. The first 2 models include integral solenoid valve. The 5500 Es requires remote solenoid valves for each pump. This enables all pumps to be operated off 1 air supply hose. The 2550ES is an intrinsically safe single station timer.
