Telemetry
GRS has a range of on-line monitoring technologies inclusive of the following:
- Process Visualisation and Management Software;
- Remote process visualisation and control software (Telemetry);
- On-line LEL Measurement;
- On-line Flame ionisation detectors (FID);
- Temperature, flow rate, vacuum, conductivity measurements;
- COPRA - vapour flow analyser for trial or on-line use (Measures vapour mass flow rate, vapour volume flow rate, absolute pressure and temperature).
The process visualisation and management software enables the plant operator to monitor the operational status/performance remotely via a telephone line. The same software enables the operator to conduct limited diagnosis of any problems and make any control adjustments which would be possible on site, inclusive of remote starting and stopping of individual pumps.
