GeoStream UK adopts revolutionary remediation technology through exclusive distribution agreement

GeoStream UK, a leading supplier of in-situ remediation technologies and services, is set to bring revolutionary Trap & Treat® technology to the UK, after entering an exclusive distribution agreement with Danish company, Ejlskov.

Trap & Treat® BOS 100® and BOS 200® enable ‘total remediation,’ trapping contamination and treating it with speed, efficiency and, crucially, certainty. The products deliver required remedial targets at a lower overall cost than traditional, elaborate solutions and alternative chemicals. This brings tangible benefits to clients needing to remediate contaminated soils and groundwater on-site.

GeoStream UK, a subsidiary of specialist environmental contractor, McAuliffe Group, already provides a high degree of specialisation in the design and production of remediation plant and injectable technologies. Solutions are centred on innovation, ensuring they are tailored to each client’s needs. The addition of Trap & Treat® products is set to further strengthen GeoStream UK’s unrivalled provision.

James Cartwright, managing director of GeoStream UK, commented: “The cooperation between GeoStream UK and Ejlskov comes at the perfect time, as demand for innovative, cost-effective solutions to the treatment of brownfield land builds.

“The Trap & Treat® revolutionary, patented products are environmentally friendly and easier and faster to install than traditional mechanical solutions and, most importantly, do the job properly. We look forward to watching our clients reap the benefits of this partnership.”

An award winning product, Trap & Treat® won best In-Situ Treatment at the prestigious Brownfield Briefing Awards in 2014.
