Geostream UK has been selected to present at CL:AIRE’s 20th Anniversary Conference on 14th November in London.
Technical director, James Cartwright, will show delegates how 3D GPS-enabled construction equipment can be used to plan and control complex materials management, citing recent project examples. This includes explaining how real-time data generated by the equipment can be used to support verification.
Around 200 senior contaminated land professionals are set to attend the event, which boasts a strong line-up of speakers from organisations such as Shell, AECOM, Arcadis and ERM. Attendees can choose between two conference streams: innovation and sustainable soils/DoW CoP.
Geostream UK is sponsoring the event alongside its chemicals partner, Carus Corporation, and will be exhibiting in the breakout area throughout the day.
James Cartwright, technical director at Geostream UK, said: “We were early adopters of 3D GPS-enabled equipment and have learnt how to use it to its full potential, embedding it into our daily operations.
“Intelligent equipment has an important part to play in materials management – particularly when it comes to the verification process – and I’m looking forward to sharing our learnings with the CL:AIRE audience.”
James is scheduled to present in the 11.30am to 1.30pm DoW CoP session. Find out more about the conference, here: Read More.
